What are you gonna do? We are looking for an experienced personality in the field of accounting to strengthen our team. In this role, you are the central player for all accounting topics and ensure smooth communication and accurate financial reporting. Your tasks include the creation of monthly and annual accounts, the booking of business incidents, the audit of invoices and cash flow management. In addition, you also bring your expertise to projects outside the daily business. You bring a well-founded commercial training, supplemented by a further education on the account book holder or on the account book holder. In addition, you have at least five years of professional experience and have profound knowledge in both US-GAAP and German HGB accounting standards.

Your tasks:

Booking and monitoring of all business incidents in main and secondary books (including asset book and provisions) Monitoring the audit process Creation of annual accounts according to HGB / USGAAP (no USGAAP identifier required) Management of receivables and weekly payments VAT declarations and statistical notifications to authorities Support of auditors, tax advisors and tax auditors Coordination of tax returns with external service providers Close cooperation with the headquarters in the USA

Your profile:

Commercial experience and qualification as balance sheet holder or comparable Experience with balance sheet and main book At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting Good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Want to work into new systems and processes Self-employed and accurate working, structured and solution-oriented Team player with Hands-on mentality
