Be part of our unique, new concept! Bring fresh wind to the Offenbach/Main e.V. Caritasverband Offenbach and design our new large project on the Campus Heusenstamm near Offenbach. The focus of the innovative concept is on old aid and care. Here we bundle a day care, a stationary & outpatient care offer on a common site, caring for seniors and a quarterly café. Our goal: to allow the people entrusted to us to live as independently as possible and self-determined as possible up to the high age. As a nursing service manager, you provide valuable pioneering work and accompany the further development of our new stationary facility at the Campus Heusenstamm with currently 85 inhabitants, which was opened in April 2026! At the beginning it will be your important task to build and develop the team. You work with them in case management and are self-initiative in network work. In the day-to-day business, you coordinate staff and business operations and always have an open ear for your employees, residents and their relatives. In addition, you enrich us with ideas that continue our quality management, and at internal audits and external quality checks prove that you are the ideal reinforcement for us. You see: a responsible leadership role in which you work closely with other lines of the Caritas Association and promote joint exchange.

Continuing training for care management or studies in the field of care management, health management or a comparable qualification Experience in a leading position in care Practice-proven knowledge in the personnel surveying instrument PeBeM and in quality management Safe handling of Microsoft Office and identification with the Caritas Sensitivity in dealing with clients and employees As a responsible leader who strongly represents her opinion, you are always up-to-date professionally, have fun in further development and like to introduce your own ideas.
