The Department of Quality and Risk Management at Klinikum Lippe is looking for a new lead (m/w/d) in full time as of 01.10.2026. The Quality and Risk Management Unit at Klinikum Lippe contributes significantly to continuously developing the quality of patient care and ensuring safe, efficient processes. Quality initiatives, certifications and risk management processes are accompanied as a cross-departmental interface. The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. Strategic and operational management of quality and clinical risk management Further development of the company-wide quality management system according to legal and normative requirements Professional and disciplinary leadership of responsibility including employee development Control and monitoring of external audits, certifications and visits Audit planning and implementation of internal audits Analysis, evaluation and further development of clinical processes Responsibility for the preparation of the annual quality report Preparation of quality-relevant key figures for management Coordination and moderation of interdisciplinary projects to promote patient safety

Complete university studies in healthcare, health management, medical, nursing or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the clinic and quality management of a hospital Knowledge of legal requirements in healthcare Experience in clinical risk management and control of complex organisational processes Analytical, organizational and communicative skills Ideal experience in leadership and development of teams Additional qualifications in quality and/or risk management desirable
