You have a completed university degree with business and/or IT focus (e.g. BWL, WiWi, Business Informatics) You have already gained first practical experience in product management or in the digital environment You are interested in AI and automation topics and bring first knowledge - or are willing to work quickly You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality You speak German for negotiation and English well in word and writing

You actively develop our self-built C24 chatbot - from idea finding to design to the implementation and optimization of the user experience You design and improve the user interfaces of our products, pay attention to usability, web design and performance to create a first-class customer experience Together with IT, you implement the solutions and analyze relevant metrics to continuously improve our products You stay at the heart of technological trends to introduce innovative product features You work closely with IT, customer consulting, management and external partners to successfully implement projects to optimize customer experience
