Management of (partial) projects and conception and realisation of (non-) SAP solutions in the field of human resources (living and salary, time recording, e-learning, etc.) Analysis of the technical implementation in the (SAP) system Implementation of customizing and quality assurance requirements Internal consultancy of department and project management, including international Process-oriented as well as system-technical consulting of specialist departments and key users Training on new application solutions 2nd-level support for users (m/w/d) and to secure the operation of the affected HR applications Support of the (SAP) systems, together with increasing cutting points Control of Incident Management and Change Management

Completed studies, e.g. in the field of Business Informatics / Infor­mation, or completed training with well-founded professional experience in the SAP environment Experience in appli­cation support and with adjacent editing points and add-ons, including incident management and change management Multi-annual routine of prospective deployment projects related to SAP HCM or similar HR applications Knowledge of business processes in the field of human resources Technical know-how with respect to SAP base, ABAP, data banks, operating systems and networks Safe German and English in word and writing, including for international project applications Analytical and result- and service-oriented thinking and action High level of capacity and availability for acquisition Very good communication capacity
