Your six-month training on the job at FERCHAU: You want to learn sales from scratch, take responsibility and actively contribute to the success of the company? Start as Sales Trainee (m/w/d) at our internal team in Ulm! Together with experienced colleagues, you are building our engineering and IT business, gaining new customers, trusting existing partners and networking talents with renowned companies in the region. As a professional starter, you support your colleague:inside with new ideas and strengthen your knowledge through practical experience.

Building and maintaining customer relationships: You engage well-known companies in the fields of engineering and IT and other future sectors and build long-term partnerships through personal contacts and individual consulting New customers inspire: you identify new business potentials, inspire companies for our services and show how our solutions create real added value Make sales active: You process customer requests, create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations sovereignly and targeted Finding and accompanying talents: You recruit qualified professionals from the fields of engineering and IT and assist them with our customers during their projects

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in the field of economic engineering, engineering, economics, business management, or a comparable discipline Ideally, you have already gained first experience in sales, customer contact or business development The 'Hunter gene': You are actively approaching people, gaining opportunities and inspire potential customers with your communicative and open way Interest in engineering, IT and technological innovations as well as the motivation to work into these areas Very good German and good English skills Our DNA: a healthy portion of humor, team spirit and initiative
