Quality Planning Specialist - APQP / FMEA / PPAP (m/w/d)

Samples according to APQP according to process instruction in cooperation with customers and suppliers deriving quality requirements for product and process as well as drawing assessment regarding tolerances and validation tests moderation of the process-FMEA and design and design of test and measurement teachings Definition of the scope of testing and validation, recovery of corresponding costs and determination of the Q budget (test, validation, sampling and requalification costs) Planning and implementation of internal and external Run & Councils and series transfer according to form Implementation of process withdrawals, customer visits and support for customers and suppliers and the planning of internal and external customer audits Working with the creation of work, testing and packaging instructions and training documents Creation of IMDS and REACH entries Monitoring compliance with applicable standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.1 / 6.3, customer standards)

Technical studies or comparable training with corresponding practical experience Knowledge of modern QM methods (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, MSA, IMDS, etc.) Teamability and customer orientation Very good knowledge of German and English Multiannual professional experience in the field of automotive quality
