From 01.04.2026 we are looking for our Obertshausen facilities LöwenRitt one: Kita management (m/w/d) with educational and organizational experience Welcome to the LionRitt! The LöwenRitt has been launched since 01.03.2023 as Interims-Kita in containers and will be moved after completion of the new building. We will serve 111 children in 3 cribs and 3 kindergarten groups. We offer, besides bright and spacious rooms, a lot of space for the children. In the large movement space can be turned and climbed, the side rooms in the kita offer new incentives. So the children in the building can build the highest towers. In the MINT & BNE space, the world is explored in research. The reading corner invites you to relax. The outdoor area offers all children various game equipment, the pasture tips are a magical place for great adventures. You lead the house as well as your employees and work in partnership with your parents You are responsible for the processes, the allocation of space, the institution budget and are responsible for the design of the service plan and the house conception You motivate and guide your team and promote the individual strengths of your employees In addition to the administrative management work, you work on a day per week in the childcare service

You are a pedagogical specialist according to § 25b HKJGB, that is, you have a state recognition as an educator (m/w/d) and/or a conclusion of a pedagogical study You bring first or ideally multiannual professional experience as a lead or assistant lead You are experienced in childcare and implementation of the Hessian BEP Endurance and patience are your strengths and you have very good communication skills You have a high degree of self-initiative, empathy and enforcement skills as well as team leadership skills You bring the willingness to partner with your employees, parents and institutions You have a structured and independent working and good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) You show your own initiative and have an independent working style
