As project manager Elektrotechnik / TGA (w/m/d), you take the technical responsibility for demanding electrotechnical installations at our exhibition grounds and accompany them from the idea to the stable operation. With us you work on the building site, tax major projects and develop future-oriented electrotechnical concepts for a modern infrastructure.

Head of sophisticated large-scale projects in the field of electrical engineering / TGA over all project phases Planning, development and further development of electrotechnical systems, including: medium and low-voltage switching systems and transformers Exhibitor rail systems photovoltaic systems, emergency power, battery and USV systems Lighting and safety lighting systems KNX and Smart Building Concepts Lightning protection, grounding and potential balancing systems

Implementation of client requirements, organisation and supervision of acceptances and tests Project execution according to HOAI (LPH 1–9) including: Audit of planning and tendering Object and construction monitoring according to VOB/B

Coordination of specialist planners (e.g.: TGA, architecture, fire protection, IT) Control and monitoring of external subsidiaries Active optimisation of systems with regard to availability, cost-effectiveness and operating procedures

Degree in Electrical Engineering (Diplom, Master, Dipl.-Ing.) Multiannual experience in the project management of electrical installations (min. 5 years) Very good knowledge of HOAI (LPH 1–9) and VOB/B Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: VDE, DIN, IEC, DGUV LBO NRW, TestVO, MLAR
