With passion and vision, you lead the central warehouse department and are a central component of our long-term logistics strategy. You take responsibility for coordinating the long-term project planning for our around 40 regional companies and act as a key interface to make our vision for sustainable logistics real estate a reality in Germany.

You are the heart of our construction projects and are the central force behind every project. Together with your project team, you control and manage Germany-wide construction projects for logistics properties and accompany them from initial planning to successful handover to the user You are responsible for planning and implementing the construction projects, including commissioning, cost control, time management and quality assurance You are the central contact for your (project) team, set clear goals and inspires your employees to give their best daily. You create enthusiasm and commitment to advance the projects with passion and success You conduct all processes across Germany, optimize the project situation and ensure your expertise and commitment to efficient, targeted implementation You coordinate the central processes and make sure that the organization, structuring and occupation of the projects works smoothly You are responsible for the requirements management within the projects and ensure that all requirements are implemented optimally. Your ability to structure complex tasks makes the difference and contributes decisively to the success of the projects You take over the long-term planning of the central warehouse department and act as a central interface for our logistics strategy. Here you work closely with general planners and construction companies and significantly shape the implementation of the logistics strategy in the field of infrastructure You will develop our logistics properties sustainable and environmentally friendly and ensure that our projects become a piece of sustainable every day

Qualification: Complete studies as a civil engineer, architect or economic engineer with a focus on construction (Multi-) Project Management: You have extensive knowledge of (multi-)project management, combined with several years of experience in the construction of industrial buildings; you have successfully managed and implemented projects in all performance phases Analytical competence and problem solving capability: You have the ability to analyze and evaluate complex, cross-disciplinary aspects of construction projects. You meet sound strategic decisions and develop innovative solutions to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively Directives and standards: You have deep knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards such as BauGB, VOB and HOAI and can safely apply them Leadership and communication skills: You have outstanding leadership skills and are able to motivate, manage and effectively communicate with internal and external partners. Your communication style is clear, convincing and inspiring Strategic vision: The ability to develop and implement future-oriented strategies that secure the long-term success of our construction projects and contribute significantly to the corporate strategy Flexibility and mobility: You are ready to travel regularly, depending on the project phase, to monitor and guide the project progress on site. Your willingness to travel is up to 5 days a week
