SAP Role, Authorization & User Administrator (m/f/d)

As an SAP role, authorization & user admin:in you are a central interface for the security and efficiency of our SAP systems. Your main tasks include: Management of user accounts, roles and rights: You take over the entire administration of SAP user accounts, the maintenance of roles and the assignment of permissions in our complex system landscape. Support for permission problems: You are the first point of contact when you encounter authorization problems, analyze them and find quick and sustainable solutions. Contact person:in for internal SAP Consultants: You act as a competent:r consultant:in for our internal SAP consultants and departments in all questions about SAP permissions. Development and optimization of SAP authorization concepts: You work with the design, development and implementation of robust authorization concepts that meet the business requirements and safety guidelines. Active participation in projects: You enter your expertise in exciting projects, such as the migration and redesign of authorization concepts in the context of SAP RISE, the implementation and standardization of a group-wide FireFighter concept, as well as the introduction and optimization of a central user administration (IdM).

You have successfully completed your studies or training with IT cover or have an equivalent qualification. You have comprehensive knowledge in building, maintaining and optimizing SAP roles and authorization objects as well as practical experience in the efficient management and administration of SAP users. In the optimal case, you can read with trace analysis tools such as SU53, ST01 or STAUTHTRACE. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools for risk assessment and role analysis. You have experience with central user management systems and their integration in SAP landscapes, also in the S/4HANA context as well as in the context of roll-based authorization of SAP Fiori Catalogs and Spaces as well as the classic SAP GUI. You are able to translate complex corporate structures and business processes into precise and practical authorization rules. You understand the role of intermediary between the restrictive security requirements of IT and the requirements of the departments. You have ideally gained experience in the subproject management and can advance projects structuredly. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
