QHSE Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a QHSE Coordinator (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of our structures in the areas of quality, occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection – with particular attention to the requirements in electrical engineering, external services and construction sites. At the same time, you play a key role in building and implementing an integrated management system (IMS) to prepare for certifications according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

You are responsible for building, maintaining and developing an integrated QHSE management system In doing so, you will take care of the creation, coordination and maintenance of operational agreements and operational regulations in occupational safety You are responsible for the implementation and documentation of risk assessments, in particular in the field of electrical and external services You are a contact person for all compliance-relevant questions in the QHSE context You organize and carry out training, security instructions and audits You are a central point of contact for the reporting of accidents and incidents and assists in their investigation, including the analysis of accidents at work and near events, action tracking and communication of prevention instructions You actively participate in the meetings of the OSH Committee and ensure the timely implementation and follow-up of the measures adopted You can expect supplier qualification and assessment (Supplier Qualification) QHSE sight with Take care of the reporting and processing of relevant QHSE key figures for management In addition, you are responsible for internal auditing, preparation of certifications and cooperation with authorities and certifiers You actively promote safety and environmental culture throughout the company

You have technical training or studies in technical fields, environmental management, occupational safety or comparable An additional training, e.g. as a specialist for occupational safety, QMB, UMB or in the HSE management are beneficial You already have experience with QHSE tasks, ideally in the electrotechnical environment You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 ArbSchG, DGUV) You have already gained experience with risk assessments and management systems In dealing with MS Office and ideally QHSE software you are safe You draw your attention through a structured and independent way of working and good communication skills
