Consultation of customers in the specification of tailor-made solutions in the field of business processes and the development of a mandatory specification with a focus on ServiceNow Business and process consulting with focus on the ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, HR, SPM or ITOM Head of major projects (Category A/B) or programmes Bringing know-how into the development of portfolio strategy, company planning and into complex customer projects in the ServiceNow environment Full responsibility for the coordinated transfer of project results to the customer or sponsor Participation in new (industrial) solutions and portfolio elements as well as implementation of market start strategies Definition and fulfilment of specific quality requirements in distributed and/or international projects For more information see: OSNow

Multiannual professional experience in IT or organizational projects At least one certification: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist desirable and at least one method certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, ITIL Expert) Successfully completed university studies, alternatively comparable degree with adequate professional experience Embossed customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action, especially at decision-making/management level Business knowledge (creation of business cases, supply/product calculations etc.) Deep, wide-ranging IT skills and expertise in a relevant topic field German and English skills
