Work area 21/200 ‘Laws of integration aid’ in the Social Services Department (code: 2026/21200-2) The district of Oberbayern is responsible for around 4.6 million people in the region. You deal with and decide on exceptionally difficult legal cases, particularly in the fields of integration assistance and outpatient assistance for care on the basis of the provision of services; Legal issues of fundamental importance and contradictions.

Its area of responsibility also includes the preparation of documents and the representation of the Oberbayern district in case of complaints before the social and administrative courts. In addition, you provide a wide range of knowledge by keeping training and workshops for employees in the house. In addition, you will participate in meetings for bodies, committees and cross-discipline meetings. Changes in the law will be taken into account in the context of circulars for the services.

You have a successful conclusion: in the 3rd level of qualification – the administrative and financial discipline or a comparable training, which corresponds to the qualification for the 3rd level of qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Arts Public Management), or of course II of employment, or as a Diplom-Jurist (m/w/d) or a full lawyer (m/w/d).
