Technical Writer and CE Coordinator (m/f/d)

You create operating instructions and technical documentation based on our established Word and Excel templates and develop them together in the team. You control our CE conformity process and ensure that the requirements of the Machinery Directive and in future the EU Machine Regulation 2027 are implemented correctly. You take risk assessments from the relevant specialist departments into the overall documentation, check them for completeness within the CE process and develop this proven template in the team. In consultation with our sales engineers, you will answer customer requests on standards, conformity and documentation. You work closely with our experts for ATEX, control technology, printing equipment and risk assessment. You want to build the digital operating instructions with us and prepare us for the new machine regulation 2027 – step by step.

You have a technical training, e.g. as a technical system planner, mechatronic, electronic engineer, industrial mechanic, technical designer or in a comparable profession. Professional experience in machine or plant engineering and first contact points with technical documentation, risk assessments or CE topics are welcome. You are interested in standards, safety and technical regulations. Knowledge of the machinery directive and the new EU machine regulation are helpful Further training is welcome You work safely with MS Word and Excel - experiences with format templates and structured documents are beneficial. You have good knowledge of German and English. You like to work structured, independent and communicate with experts.
