Organisation of appointments and events for the department management Interface between department management and personnel management teams at the office organisation at the locations Create and run overviews for the sorting line independent, ready-to-subscribe preparation and control of internal and external correspondence and internal documents incl. Document management Pre- and post-processing of meetings, partial protocol Preparation of presentation and presentation documents Implementation of thematic individual research and preparation of results independent control and monitoring of project and documentation steps

completed, preferably commercial, relevant vocational training multiannual professional experience in activity as a business assistant Experience in Group Structures and Committee Work Experience in project work secure control of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint safe, situation-conscious appearance in personal handling as in phone calls very good expression in German language strong organizational talent Interest in the relationships in German healthcare and the different tasks in the management area
