You develop innovative solutions in cross-departmental projects and bring your creativity to the Controlling Operations department Process optimization is your heart: You identify opportunities for improvement, implement new requirements and check how effective changes are With a clear view for figures, you analyze the value added nationally and internationally, structure data and make insights clear Your recommendations are in demand – you will present your analyses before management and provide valuable impulses for important decisions As a networker, you will bring together specialist areas, branch teams and external services and ensure a smooth exchange across all levels.

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, natural sciences or social sciences (or a comparable qualification) and have already gained experience in consulting, strategic project management or comparable fields. Thanks to your communication strength, you will pick up a wide range of contact persons and will be confident in challenging situations. A pronounced affinity for data distinguishes you, and you are happy to deal with new technologies and their pragmatic implementation. In addition, you want to learn new things every day, regularly rethink your way of working and always keep the goal in mind You are happy to travel and look forward to getting to know and support our locations in Germany and abroad Your profile is rounded off by safe Excel shots, good English skills and a class B license
