The own Städtische Pflegeheime Esslingen am Neckar is the carrier of five nursing homes, a solitary short-term care, four day care facilities and two plants of the representative housing. We offer local care in the Esslingen area of the Neckar with strong networking in the community.

The nursing home Oberesslingen was opened in 2017 and is an institution of the Städtische Pflegeheime Esslingen am Neckar. 56 modern single rooms are distributed among four households, which are organized within the framework of the “outpatientization model”. The daily care of Oberssslingen with 12 seats is part of the overall care contract with the nursing home. The public café at Zimmerbach offers an open lunch table and serves the opening of the house to the community. The nursing home is supported by an active support association.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for you as a full-time (100%) for the nursing home Obersslingen as soon as possible

For the first time since the opening, the location of the home line has to be reoccupied. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible leader who takes over the leadership of our house with competence, team spirit and joy.

Your tasks:

• Head and organization of the entire nursing home, day care and café
• Promotion of the cooperation of the central care service, the presence team with all domestic services and social services
• Personal guidance and development with our guide instruments according to the philosophy of the Städtische Pflegeheime Esslingen am Neckar
• Budget and cash responsibility for the entire nursing home as well as active participation in the establishment of economic plans and interim reports
• Networking of the nursing home as a quarter house in the district, promoting volunteer engagement and active cooperation with relatives
• Implementation and further development of concepts to promote the quality of life of our residents: within the framework of quality management
• Implementation and compliance of all regulatory and performance requirements for care facilities

Your profile:

• University degree (Bachelor) in the areas of nursing, health, social management or business management/social economy or in comparable studies linked to the necessary professional experience in accordance with § 3 of the National Staff Regulation for nursing or nursing care (m/w/d) with further education for nursing care (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience
• They are characterized by high communication capability, flexibility and team capability
• They have a strong social competence in dealing with our employees:inside, residents:inside, relatives and cooperation partners
• You have experience in the management of a nursing home or a comparable institution
• You are willing to take responsibility and actively shape the future of our nursing home in the association of the Städtische Pflegeheime
