Central contact person for the process control of non-financial risks (including operational risks or reputation risks) and the internal control system of the bank Definition, implementation and optimization of bank-wide NFR and IKS management Creation of a uniform methodology for identifying and evaluating risks in cooperation with process managers Continuous analysis and further development of methodology in risk and efficiency aspects Active consultation of the Bank's operational units in the optimization and digitization of control actions, the application of relevant systems and projects Preparation of results to the Board of Management, in cooperation with BBBank's staff

Successfully completed banking training and ideally based further training (banking, banking business administration or comparable studies) Multiannual experience in banking, ideally related to compliance or NFR risk management as well as experience in process responsibility Affinity for dealing with legal regulations and digital tools Impressed communication strength and team capacity Reliable, independent and analytical procedures
