The Klinikum Schloss Winnenden offers a one-year rotation program for health and nursing caregivers, which was specially designed for the professional development of psychiatric beginners.

The rotation program aims at promoting and developing strengths and imparting deeper skills and skills in the three main areas of psychiatry (ager psychiatry, general psychiatry and addiction therapy) as a concrete approach to career planning and human resources development.

Continuing the rotation program complements the basic prerequisite for admission to the state-of-the-art further education in the psychiatry. Approval presupposes that, after completion of the training, two years of professional experience was acquired in nursing and at least one year of which was worked in the psychiatry.

The employees are systematically integrated into the company - they get to know the specialist concepts of the clinics, tasks and activities as well as many new colleagues.

After passing through the rotation program, employees are able to make a sound decision regarding their further career career in the psychiatry. They are actively involved in their deployment planning after the rotation.
