You carry the night service at our reception independently and responsibly. You are the first stop for our guests – from check-in to check-out. At night, you are our “Host of the House”: main contact for international guests and security at the hotel. You regularly take safety walks and soar for a quiet sleep of our guests. You prepare everything for the day service and take care of day-to-day and night-time running. Invoices, cash management and billing are in your best hands. With clear communication you make sure that all departments are well informed.

You have a completed training in the hotel compartment or already experience at the reception – ideally even as a night auditor. With your positive attitude and team spirit, you bring good mood and motivation to the house. Your appearance is sovereign, cordial and open – guests and colleagues are immediately welcome. Structure, organization and clear communication are just part of it for you. You speak very good German and English – and show our international guests how hospitable we are. MS Office is not a new country for you, and if you have already worked with Opera, the better!
