Technical Trainee - Raw Material Extraction / Quarry (m/f/d)

You actively shape – from the development of mining strategies to the planning and equipment of mobile devices. You develop your expertise – for example in warehouse geology, machine technology, rock qualities and optimizing value creation. You are responsible for efficiency by monitoring processing processes and opting for business. You are pushing for sustainability through the implementation of long-term maintenance strategies. You get to know the business processes – from administration and sales to procurement to the further development of our management systems in the team. You take responsibility step by step – and actively promote work security at our locations.

You will bring a successfully completed engineering degree with the focus on raw materials/mountain engineering, raw material engineering, geoengineering, mechanical engineering, geotechnical engineering or process engineering. Ideal if you have already completed first subject-related internships. Alternatively, you have a technical training, supplemented by a further training to the technician, master or technical farmer (m/w/d). The ability to think entrepreneurial, paired with a structured, self-employed working style characterize you. You have the pleasure of using and expanding your theoretical knowledge in practice. You bring good knowledge of German in word and writing. Travel readiness within your training period in the area of Central Germany (Sachsen, Thüringen, Bayern, Hessen, Brandenburg) is of course for you. You own a class B license.
