Referent Controlling (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced lecturer m/w/d in the area of controlling for the KJF Klinik Josefinum. The place must be occupied in full or part-time with up to 39,00 hours per week. Do you want to design instead of just manage? As a consultant controlling m/w/d at the KJF Klinik Josefinum, you play a central role in the financial management of the clinic and are instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Your tasks include: Reporting & Transparency: You continuously maintain and develop internal information and reporting, thereby creating a reliable basis for sound decisions. Planning & control: You contribute to the performance and budget planning and support the preparation and implementation of budget negotiations with the health insurance companies. Analysis & calculations: You prepare business analyses, calculations and statistics and prepare complex issues in a address-oriented manner. Recommendations for action: You process special tasks, analyse business issues and derive concrete proposals for action for the responsible managers. With your expertise, you support executives in business matters and contribute to a sustainable and targeted management of the clinic.

Your strengths and experiences are in demand with us – we are particularly pleased with the following qualifications: Technical foundation: You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification – supplemented by several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with health experience. IT-Affinity & Understanding figures: You master MS Excel safely and routined, know well in other MS Office applications and have ideally already worked with SAP and ORBIS and have experiences with data warehouse systems such as eisTIK (KMS). Analytical thinking & own initiative: You bring a pronounced understanding of numbers, think structured and work independently – you never lose sight of the whole thing. Communication strength: You occur sovereignly, can convey complex facts in a comprehensible way and move safely in exchange with a variety of stakeholders.
