Group Leader Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the leadership and further development of the Controlling Group Ensuring and developing the role of controlling as a control and savings partner for business and business management Responsibility for the preparation of quarterly reports and participation in the annual financial analysis of the SWG and the SWG Group including analyses Responsibility for the targeted integration of strategy, planning and operational implementation within the framework of the economic planning of the SWG Group Ensuring transparency via business and regulatory key figures (KPI) Targeted management of corporate equity to ensure the strategic objectives Risk management responsibility for the systematic identification, analysis, assessment and monitoring of risks Ensuring the requirements of network regulation according to incentive regulation (ARegV)

Completed economic studies (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on controlling or comparable Knowledge and multiannual experience in controlling Representative leadership and communication skills Far-sighted and analytical thinking and pronounced economic judgment Openness for change and innovation processes Safe handling of current MS Office programs Knowledge found in SAP desirable
