Creditor accounting Examination, conditioning and booking of invoices (e.g. carrier, forwarding, warehouse service) in DATEV Implementation and monitoring of payment transactions via DATEV Maintenance and management of creditor master files Debitor accounting Creation and booking of output invoices for special assistance Accounting of payment inputs and account voting in DATEV Monitoring of open items and active dunning clarification of payment differences with customers and internal specialist departments DATEV-specific activities Secure handling of DATEV accounting (booking, OPOS, payment transactions) Use of DATEV companies online for digital document processing Maintenance and coordination of key accounts, debitor and creditor accounts Support in the digitization and automation of accounting processes Overarching tasks Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Creation of reports and evaluations Optimization of internal accounting processes Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (in particular sales tax and statistical reports)

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting/finance Professional experience in creditor and/or debitor accounting Experience in the logistics or forwarding industry of advantage Advantageous knowledge of DATEV (invoicing, company online) Safe handling of MS Excel Structured, careful and independent operation Teamability and Communication Strength
