Technical Lead (m/f/d)

You develop and shape future-oriented technical target architectures for data-intensive, scalable and distributed systems and thus shape the technological development of our platforms. In close coordination with the Director Development & Innovation, you develop technical strategies, architecture roadmaps and guide sustainable solutions for our system landscape. You design and realize modern data, search and graph architectures as well as powerful solutions for complex data processing requirements. You develop data platforms, data pipelines and ETL/ELT and streaming solutions and ensure reliable processing of large amounts of data. You take the technical leadership on technical issues, introduce architectural decisions, support development teams in implementation and promote the exchange of knowledge and best practices. Through architectural reviews, technical standards and targeted coaching, you will ensure high technical quality and develop sustainable solutions together with the teams. You evaluate new technologies, identify optimization potentials and actively contribute to developing our technical platform strategically. You ensure that our systems meet the highest requirements in terms of scalability, performance, stability, security and wartability.

You have several years of experience in the architecture and development of complex, data-intensive systems, and well-founded knowledge in big data, data engineering and distributed system architectures. You bring deep knowledge into modern data architectures, search technologies (especially elasticsearch), graph concepts and scalable data processing solutions. You have experience in building and operating data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, streaming architectures (e.g. Kafka, Flink or Spark Streaming) as well as optimizing large volumes of data and distributed systems. You will know about modern technology stacks, cloud architectures, containerization and CI/CD processes, and you will be able to evaluate their use in a sound manner. You have the ability to develop technical target images, make architectural decisions, and professionally accompany and develop teams. You convince by your analytical thinking, your communication strength and your ability to understand complex technical connections. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
