Customer advisor for kindergartens and educational institutions in the office and in the field (m/f/d)

Contact: You actively attract new kindergartens for our markets, present our products and show how You enrich Kita everyday. Networking and Relationship Management: You establish new contacts, meet kindergartens and develop trusting long-term relationships. Consultancy & Product Presentation: On-site or by telephone, you will provide practical advice and design assortments that are tailored to the needs of the facilities. Care of existing contacts & actions: You accompany product presentations, promotions and events to strengthen relationships and take advantage of new opportunities. Coordination with our markets: You tune orders, deliveries and promotions so that the device is always optimally supplied. Documentation & tracking: You capture your activities, track results and keep your network in mind to develop new potentials.

Funded basis: You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. First sales experience: Ideally, you bring first experience in sales or consulting-intensive customer support – but more important than title is your motivation and appearance. Networking: You recognize opportunities, connect and build a sustainable network that works in the long term. Enthusiasm for children and education: You have the pleasure of supporting children and educational institutions, and want to actively help them to be optimally equipped. Warm-hearted and persuasive: you step up friendly, empathy and professional, build confidence quickly and create a positive atmosphere in contact with kindergartens. Communicative and contacting: You like to talk to people, can inspire others and convince others, whether in the cold aquise or in the care of existing contacts. Self-contained and structured: you organize your area independently, plan your contacts and activities effectively and keep an overview. Digital Security: Secure handling of MS Office and digital tools to document contacts, activities and results structuredly. Flexible and local: residence in the Greater Berlin is of advantage. Part-time (25–30 hours/week) possible – we offer flexible design options.
