Projektmanager (m/w/d)

They advise both the internal and external services professionally on the topics of fund installation and asset building as well as to secure further biometric risks (BU, Death). With your very good language understanding, you will create texts for the Intranet and Internet in close cooperation with the Communication Department. They design digital sales aids, brochures and other sales documents for customers and LVM agencies and are responsible for keeping them up-to-date. In addition, you actively support the external service through the implementation of workshops and develop individual solutions for retirement. Through your active promotion of the sale of products to private pensions, you contribute significantly to success.

They have completed training as a businesswoman for insurance and finance and have ideally complemented them with a further training for the insurance specialist. Your very good knowledge in the field of life insurance allows you to fulfill your tasks with professional competence. With your creativity and a good sense of German language, you can also formulate comprehensible and convincing texts for internal and external communication in complex situations. They are characterized by high flexibility, self-responsibility work and a pronounced willingness to learn. They are familiar with the MS Office palette and ready to work into new programs. You can also use different tools in parallel, including CMS systems, training platforms, social media planning tools, AI applications and communication software. Their high level of external service and service orientation, as well as their strong team capacity, contribute significantly to creating a positive working environment and promoting cooperation both in the team and in the field of external services.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
