We are a modern dental practice with a wide range of treatments in the Rügländer district of Ansbach. Our focus is on prophylaxis, implantology and dental aesthetics.

Our reception staff (m/w/d) perform one of the most important tasks at Dres. Wolff: They make sure that our patients feel comfortable with us and like to come back. For this reason we need you as a dedicated reception for our modern dental practice.

Your new job • Patient reception and appointment • Telephone acceptance and e-mail processing • Exhibition of recipes and invoices • Responsibility for the appearance and equipment of reception area and waiting room • Organization of internal processes

You bring with me: • You love contact with people and want to make sure our patients feel comfortable with us • The processes at the reception of renowned hotels, practices or other service providers are not strange to you • You always keep an overview, you like to organize and play easily with appointments • You are well-launted, friendly and don't let you get out of your mind so quickly • You think, have a good understanding and have fun in further development

•You speak fluent German, ideally teach English and have good PC skills
