Design and operation of the Microsoft Power Platform with focus on Co-pilot Studio Development and implementation of AI solutions in cooperation with the departments Implementation of Hackathons and Workshops to make the Platt form known and promote innovations Assessment of relevant AI technologies and integration into the plate form Close cooperation with IT security and compliance to meet regulatory requirements Ensuring efficient use of AI-based solutions and optimizing processes

Experiences with the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio Successful implementation of own projects (e.g. within a consulting activity) Knowledge of modern AI techniques such as Few-Shot Prompting, Chain of Thought (CoT) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) are desirable. Comprehensive experience in M365 / Azure Programming skills in Python, C# or JavaScript are desirable Clear communication and experience in the moderation of workshops Willingness to work in a revised environment High level of learning and openness for new technologies Flowing German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
