In the course of an early age succession, we now exclusively occupy the Head of Accounting (m/w/d) position at the Lingen site. In this function, you conduct and coordinate financial accounting with 12 employees and at the same time you are in constant exchange with the German corporate mother. For this purpose, you drive further digitalization projects, e.g. in the field of SAP.

We are looking for a personality who likes a dynamic environment and a standing team. You are intended to develop the area professionally and, together with the management on site, complete the multifaceted daily business. You don't have to bring any leadership experience yet, but you're supposed to convince us in terms of content and personality.

Long-term professional experience in financial accounting of an industrial or commercial company First experiences in reporting to management and/or parent company Business degree, either through studies in the field of business management, also via training with relevant further training, e.g. balance sheet holder First leadership experience of small teams or as a representation desirable Communicative, structured and solution-oriented personality
