Reporting Consultant - Data Analysis / IT Solutions / ESG (m/f/d)

You advise banks to implement current regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel, CRR/CRD, FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, ESG, MaRisk) You work closely with IT and specialist departments to improve system architectures, data quality and process harmonisation You analyze and optimize reporting processes and data flows along the reporting chain You develop IT concepts and data models to support reporting and risk management systems You actively shape IT solutions and implement them, e.g. the introduction of central data management or data warehouse solutions You accompany technical and technical examinations, projects and system migrations (e.g. Abacus360, BAIS or OneSumX) and supervise operational reporting as well as the preparation and responsible supervision of the notifications to the supervisory authorities

You have a degree in the STEM field or in the economics with a strong technical orientation You have several years of well-founded professional experience in the banking industry or advice, ideally focusing on reporting, supervisory or risk management You have deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and practical experience with reporting software Alternatively or in addition, you have experience in dealing with bank-side data, IT systems or regulatory processes You are versed in handling data analysis and programming (e.g. SQL, Python or comparable tools) You are characterized by outstanding analytical skills, a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a pronounced customer orientation, and have knowledge of German and good English skills that are reliable in negotiation.
