For the next development step of our practice, we are looking for an experienced Zahnmedizin specialist (ZFA) with leadership skills – or a trained Zahnmedizin Prophylaxeassistentin (ZMP) or Dental assistant, who wants to take over Praxisorganisation, Team management, Prophylaxe and **Quality. You work closely with the treating dentists and have real say in the further development of the practice processes.

Leitende Zahnmedizin Fachanarbeiter (ZFA) / ZMP / zahnmedizin Fachassistentin – Teamleiter & Prophylaxe in moderne Praxis (m/w/d)

Your tasks – with overview and responsibility:

• Coordination of practice and scheduling (e.g. PA treatments, cooperation partners such as senior citizens' homes)

• Organization and moderation of internal team meetings

• Care and further development of quality management

• Professional guidance and support of trainees

• Control and optimization of workflows throughout the team

• Team leadership with empathy and clear communication

• independent implementation of prophylaxis measures (PZR, Enlightenment, Aftercare)

• Assistance in dental treatments, especially in surgical treatments

• Preparation and sterility control of the OP area

• Self-responsible instrument preparation and material order

• Digital documentation with the Dampsoft practical software

• Implementation and assistance in digital X-rays

Your profile:

• Completed training as ZFA (m/w/d), ideally with training for ZMP or dental assistant

• At least 4–7 years of professional experience, of which ideally already with organizational responsibility

• You work structured, responsible and think entrepreneurship

• You bring team spirit, empathy and enforcement skills

• Availability at least two afternoons per week
