Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d)

You ensure that digital initiatives are consistent with corporate goals, operational requirements and long-term goals for process improvement. You work closely with all departments, analyze challenges locally and implement practical solutions. You identify systematic vulnerabilities on the shop floor and translate them into scalable and standardized digital solutions. You coordinate and support digital initiatives, including production-related projects, to ensure transparency and synergies, and support the disciplines in the introduction and effective use of digital IT solutions. You implement innovative software solutions to make our supply chain and production processes more efficient and continuously develop. You drive the harmonisation and standardization of processes and digital systems along the entire value chain. You work in cross-functional teams and are the interface between IT, supply chain and production. You bring your experience and innovative ideas into the development of a long-term digital strategy for the supply chain. You support our Operational Excellence initiative through digital innovations.

You have a completed degree/training in the field of (economic) informatics, IT or a comparable qualification. You think analytically and convince with a pragmatic hands-on mentality as well as clear result focus. You have experiences in digitalization and IT projects and can already demonstrate implementation strength and sustainable success. You have strong digital skills, in particular in data analysis, visualization of data, and can translate output for professionals. You have a high IT affinity, a strong service provider and communicate safely in English.
