Your tasks

• Self-preparation of food and beverages and professional output
• Guide and use of the kitchen assistant during the shifts according to the requirements of the kitchen master
• Participation in daily cooking meetings and participation in working and personnel deployment planning
• Monitoring of hygiene and safety regulations in food and kitchen appliances

Technical requirements That's what you bring

• A completed vocational training recognised in Germany as a chef (m/w/d), specialist in system gastronomy (m/w/d), expert/specialist in community use (m/w/d), restaurant specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in handling common kitchen machines and appliances

• German language skills required
