Design task with powerful network operator As a modern company, our client, Bonn-Netz GmbH, plans, builds and operates the energy networks in the city area of Bonn. As part of the Stadtwerke Bonn Group, it provides around 400 employees as a high-performance network operator with high professional competence for a sustainable operation of the network infrastructure and thus provides the essential basis for a reliable supply of electricity, gas and water as well as district heating. In addition, the Bonn-Netz GmbH operates the radio and data network as well as the road lighting network in the Bonn city area. Bonn-Netz GmbH goes smart, digital and sustainable ways to make its networks fit for the future and to take into account the growing requirements for efficiency, transparency and customer orientation in network operation. An experienced and convincing management personality is sought for the operation and further development of central systems of the power supply.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 27 employees in the field of power plants Strategic planning as well as operational control of maintenance, renewal and extension measures at rebound systems, local network stations and other plant components Ensuring an economic, safe and regular plant operation Analysis of hazards and vulnerabilities and continuous optimization of processes and work safety Responsibility for network protection concepts, protection technology and protection tests in the relevant networks Control of the digitization of transformer systems and local network stations taking into account legal and information security-relevant requirements Development of supply and emergency concepts in close cooperation with network management Accompanying certifications (including energy management, technical safety management, information security)

Complete study of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in grid operation electricity, plant construction or plant planning Knowledge available in the operation of transformers, local network stations or comparable installations Experience in the leadership of employees and a modern understanding of leadership Ideally knowledge of network protection, protection technology and regulatory requirements Analytical, structured and translation-oriented thinking Impressed communication and enforcement strength as well as safe occurrence against internal and external interfaces
