Complete technical studies, preferably mechanical engineering Continuation of Welding Engineer/International Welding Engineer Professional practice in the field of welding technology, ideally in welding naval or steel constructions Experience as a welding supervisor (comprehensive level) Ideally basic knowledge of practical welding technology, such as a previous training in the metal sector Ability to work independently and to guide and support employees Technical and digital affinity and organizational talent Knowledge of quality management Extensive understanding of rules, processes and occupational ethics Qualification as ZfP Tester VT2 (probable)
