Area planner (m/f/d)

Analysis and planning of production areas including the determination, evaluation and maintenance of land occupancy plans as well as short, medium and long-term needs analyses and scenarios Identification and solution of surface conflicts by analysis of bottlenecks, assessment of impacts and development of solution options including decision templates Coordination and coordination with manufacturing, planning and construction methodology, moderation of coordination rounds and ensuring a common understanding of area restrictions Continuous improvement through further development of methods, standards and key figures as well as identification of optimization potentials and support in layout adjustments Construction and maintenance of a loadable data base for area and capacity analyses to support new production concepts and construction processes

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, production technology, logistics or comparable qualification Experience in production planning, factory planning, area management or capacity planning as well as safe handling of schedules and project management methods Very good knowledge in Excel, MS project and data analysis, ideally experience with layout or visualization tools Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, high problem solving competence, communication and moderation strength Enforcement capacity, combined with the ability to balance different interests, and structured and self-responsive operation
