Senior Engineer Civil, Structure & Architecture (m/f/d)

This is your new job: In your new function, you will be responsible for interesting and complex projects in industrial plant engineering with the focus on high and low construction as well as object planning. In close cooperation with the other project disciplines, You maintain and coordinate the engineering planning structures (construction and architecture) in all phases of the planning, both in the early stages of the project planning and feasibility analysis, up to the commissioning of the installed installations or Buildings. You accompany our multidisciplinary project teams in the development of offers and calculations. Your task ranges from the creation of engineering concepts to the design of object planning in detail and execution planning together with your team. In addition, you create cost estimates, process tender documents in construction engineering, coordinate and supervise under-represented specialist planners or specialists such as reviewers or Statiker and accompany approval procedures for construction applications, procedures according to BImSchG, BetrSichV or Bergrecht. As our projects are being processed in Germany and abroad in Europe, you will regularly contact international project teams and exchange professionally. Take this with you: You have successfully completed your technical studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture, with the focus of constructive engineering. Ideally, you have well-founded professional experience in the implementation of industrial construction projects and are used to dealing with international project teams. You convince us by your very good knowledge of high or low construction and by your excellent knowledge of all performance phases of planning and national and European standards/regulations. International project experience is desirable. You are familiar with the standard design tools for the design and have excellent MS Office knowledge. We require communication skills and customer orientation for a proactive and sustainable approach. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You bring temporary national and international readiness to travel.
