Your tasks:

• Individual accompaniment: You work with people with complex multiple disability and or acquired brain damage who live in their own apartment and are supported around the clock
• Configuring the structure: The offer has existed since May 2023 and is under construction so that you can actively contribute and shape your ideas
• Daily support: You support clients individually by recognizing and accompanying their needs, needs and needs in everyday life - in your own apartment, on the way to work or in leisure
• Knowledge transfer: You bring your professional knowledge and guide trainees and interns
• Documentation and exchange: The daily documentation as well as regular team discussions are of course your everyday work

What you should bring:

• Qualification: You have a completed training as a nurse, educator, or a study of social work or a comparable qualification, as well as nursing staff such as health care and nursing staff (m/w/d)
• Experience: Experience in working with people with disabilities or acquired brain damage is desirable, but no condition
• posture: You have joy in dealing with people and work both independently and team-oriented
• Working hours: You are ready to work with early and late services and on two weekends a month
• Mobility: Ideally you have a class B licence
