They have completed university studies in architecture or civil engineering or can demonstrate a comparable qualification You have professional experience as project and construction manager*in and have experience in the field of contractor representation You can strategically think and control challenging rebuilding projects in the stock You have good knowledge of the standard software Office as well as MS Project, CAD (Nemetschek), AVA (ORCA) and BKI They have basic knowledge in the fields of energy technology, safety and networks, climate technology and in building and space acoustics They work independently, structured and at the same time team-oriented
