Management (m/w/d) for our Rothestraße, Ottensen Work Area Empowerment, Inclusion, Participation and Participation are the key values of your work? Personalisation is a self-evident principle? • You control, organize and secure the staff-centred, social-spatial assistance services together with your team.
• They continue to develop the range of services within the meaning of the strategic corporate objectives.
• You have budgetary responsibility and achieve the economic objectives of your area of responsibility
• You are currently holding 20 employees with a lot of expertise and empathy. You can inspire our work.
• They implement legal requirements, defined quality standards and procedures.
• They promote the implementation of the supported communication in the person-centred assistance.
• You will become part of our management team in Altona and work together with colleagues on the further development of regional offers.
• You work with internal and external cooperation partners *in.

We are looking

• Completed studies in the field of social education, social management or comparable social and academic education
• Multiannual professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) and leadership skills
• Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion
• Participative leadership style
• Security on the occurrence of cooperation partners *internal and public authorities
• We presuppose ownership, decision-making and enforcement
• Industrial understanding
• Pleasure and joy in the design and development of your work field
