Performance Marketing Manager/-in (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the paid media strategy for defined areas and for measurable growth in new customer production. You are responsible for our Paid channels: SEA via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Display and YouTube, Native Advertising and Paid Social via Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. You design, control and optimise campaigns along clear performance targets and take the next steps from data and tests. You additionally control SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) as part of the overarching visibility strategy, in close coordination with the content team. You control campaigns based on relevant KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rate and take the next steps based on data, tracking and attribution. You use AI tools specifically for analysis, automation and the development of campaigns. You work closely with teams from marketing, content, design, and web development and regularly coordinate with the Chief Client Satisfaction Officer to control lead quality in line with our CX objectives. You support the management of external agencies and take part in budget release and control for performance campaigns.

You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in performance marketing. You have already successfully scaled the new customer acquisition via different paid channels. You can control Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 securely and meet decisions based on resilient data, tracking and attribution models. You bring well-founded knowledge of SEO and a good understanding of modern search dynamics (GEO). You think in full-funnel relationships and understand what Paid Media's contribution to profitable growth. You work structured, pay-affin and profit-oriented and show a high degree of self-responsibility and organizational talent. You convince by communication strength, team orientation, an appraisal appearance and a secure sense of market developments.
