Elektromeister (m/w/d) im Facility Management mit Funktion als VEFK für die Region Süd-Ost Your duties Ensure technical operation: you are waiting, inspecting and resolving electrical installations and equipment and support adjacent installations of technical building equipment (TGA). Troubleshooting: You systematically analyze errors, initiate appropriate measures and restore operational readiness. Implementation of installations: You plan and implement smaller electrotechnical installations independently, including material disposition, coordination and documentation. Organize exams: You conduct or coordinate recurring tests of electrical installations and equipment, monitor test periods and monitor the elimination of identified defects. Documentation and CAFM maintain: You document services, test status, plant conditions and measures in a comprehensible manner in the CAFM system and help to optimize the processes. Subcontractors control: You support the object and project management in the technical coordination, monitoring and acceptance of electrotechnical services of subcontractors. Regional support: You support our PPP projects in the South East region, regularly take part in on-site appointments and, if necessary, participate in willingness to call in the technical building service. Special focus: responsible electric specialist (VEFK) Electro-organisation: You assume the responsibility for the electrical safety of the associated PPP projects in the South East region after you have been incorporated and in writing. Technical control: You assess the technical suitability of electrotechnically active persons, coordinate electrical specialists and establish safe working procedures and instruction requirements. Risks and standards: You contribute to electrical hazard assessments and ensure the implementation of statutory, professional, normative and internal requirements. Control and measures: You carry out safety visits, evaluate test reports and plant status, prioritise deficiencies and induce necessary protective measures to eliminate unsafe installations. Reporting: You analyze relevant incidents, monitor qualifications and report regularly on risks, audit status, open deficiencies, improvement measures and resource needs. Your profile Qualification: You have successfully completed a training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) of electrical engineering. Alternatively, you have a completed study of electrical engineering with relevant practical experience. Subject: You provide several years of professional experience in energy and building technology, as well as a well-founded knowledge in the safe operation of electrical installations and equipment. VEFK competence: You have the latest knowledge of the relevant legal regulations, accident prevention regulations, technical rules and electrotechnical standards. Experience as a VEFK or in a comparable technical and supervisory function is desirable. Organization and leadership: You act responsibly, make clear technical decisions and communicate safely with project management, electrical specialists, clients and after-contractors. Working methods: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, combine conceptual tasks with practical implementation and document carefully. Digital competence: You are safe in handling MS Office; Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous. Mobility and commitment: You have a class B driving licence, are ready for regular service trips within the South East region and can participate in the standby service if necessary.
