The place can be exercised either on site at the headquarters Erlangen or at a different location to 100% from the home office.

• Development and acquisition of optimal search strategies for individual customer requirements
• Identification and systematic initial address of potential candidates
• Conducting structured telephone, digital and/or personal candidate interviews
• Presentation and support of suitable candidates at the customer's premises
• Creation of status reports
• Maintaining the existing customer strain and attracting new customers

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies

• You have knowledge of personnel consulting and executive search

• You are interested in business and personal decisions

• They are strong and sensitive

• They are responsible, reliable and have a structured and targeted approach

• You are sure to use the English language
