Production Employee / Machine Assistant (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized company of the fruit juice industry and are part of the internationally operating family company Pfanner. We are expanding in our factory, based in Reinbek near Hamburg, where we fill high-quality brand products, mainly in tetra packaging.

Support in the operation and monitoring of automated filling systems (Tetra Pak / Elopak) for cardboard packaging Feeding of packaging materials (composite carton rolls or blanks) and lids to avoid standstills Continuous inspection of the filled packages for tightness, correct welding, clean printing and correct labelling (HACCP standards) Easy removal of small disturbances in the production process (e.g. Katonstau) as well as support of the operator in format change Implementation of cleaning and disinfection work on the plant and in the production area according to strict hygiene regulations (GMP) Easy logging of production data (e.g. unit numbers, downtime) Takeover of the final packaging, i.e. inserting the cartons in Umkartons (Tray packers) and stack on pallets

Ideally first experience in production, preferably in the food industry or in packaging machines Certain, reliable and precise operation, especially in the handling of foodstuffs Handicraft skill to operate modern machines readiness to carry out activities and lifting of loads Layer readiness (3-layer system – early / late / night) Language skills in German (from B1 level)
