The first 13 months of your practical training can be found in the Lichtenberg training centre (Erzgebirge), where you will learn about the basics of open-air assembly. In the subsequent 10-month technical training, you will get practical insights directly on our construction sites in management engineering. You will learn the production and assembly of metal parts as well as the handling of different machines and devices. You work on the assembly and installation of technical systems and components. Your locations are varied – from training in Bersteland to construction sites throughout Germany to vocational school in Freiberg.

You are at least 17 years old, have your school degree in your pocket and want to learn a profession with a perspective? You have good knowledge of mathematics and physics to understand the technical requirements. You bring the required height capability to work safely on construction sites and at high altitudes. You have craftsmanship and interest in technology. You are team-ready and you like to work with others.
