■ Assembly and dismantling of engines, transmissions and drive components in compliance with customer requirements and existing industrial standards ■ Recording and evaluating screwdriving data during assembly and release/remaining moments during decomposition ■ Measurement of individual components and groups ■ Documentation of measured values according to customer specifications in specially specified databases ■ Detection and assessment of damage and vulnerabilities ■ Takeover of logistics handling (preparation, reprocessing, commissioning) in the engine workshop ■ Detailed photo documentation of all items including digital post-processing of files ■ Preparation and packaging of disassembled engines for dispatch to the customer

■ A completed technical training, e.g. as a motor vehicle technician or Mechatronics (m/w/d) or a comparable degree - also for cross-releasers, precision mechanics, model builders, measuring technicians, hobby screwdrivers or toolmakers ■ First practical experience in the (de) assembly of engines ■ Basic knowledge of engine technology Expertise in the field of internal combustion engines ■ Interest in measuring components ■ Safe handling of current MS Office products ■ Structured and team-oriented working methods, reliability, independence, flexibility and willingness to use ■ Will for continuous training and to actively contribute the experience gained to the team ■ Willingness to work in the two-shift system
