In the exclusive mandate, we are looking for you as a future-oriented business management (m/w/d), which manages and develops the financial and accounting department with both operational and strategic skills. In the position, you and your team are responsible for the complete range of finance and accounting as well as controlling. They report directly to the management.

As an entrepreneurial thinker (m/w/d) you act as a savings partner for the management and leadership level. Your team will guide you structured, motivating and communicate with clear targets. They are responsible for the core commercial tasks: ongoing accounting and compilation of annual and consolidated accounts for several individual companies, procurement and economic planning. The monitoring of the key company key figures as well as the creation of analyses and forecasts as part of the controlling in coordination with the management are among your tasks. In addition to the commercial contract management for socially relevant issues in the internal and external relationship, you are responsible for managing financial and insurance as well as regulatory management. They actively control and control the commercial (digitalization) processes and continuously develop them.
