Project Manager Building Construction - Existing and New Construction in Düsseldorf (m/f/d)

Own-responsible control and coordination of construction projects in housing and commercial construction, in particular in housing construction and in logistics hall construction Takeover of overall responsibility for dates, costs and quality objectives across all phases of the project Organisation, control and monitoring of the construction site Coordination with contractors, specialist planners, authorities, subcontractors and internal project participants Examination and approval of execution details, plan documents and technical solutions in close cooperation with planning and construction management Implementation of construction and project meetings and follow-up of agreed measures Participation in tendering, awarding and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers Control and control of subcontractors in terms of quality, dates and costs Subsequent management and support in cost control and project accounting Ensuring complete project documentation and support when handing over to the client Regular construction site visits and project-related travel activities as part of the support of several sites

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification, alternatively master or technician training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in project management, construction management or superstructure management Practice in housing construction and/or in commercial construction, ideally also in logistics hall construction Safe handling of appointment, cost and quality management in the construction project Impressed organisational capacity, enforcement and entrepreneurial thinking Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength in dealing with builders, planners, authorities and subcontractors Travel readiness and flexibility for project-related operations at different locations (Focus West and North Germany) Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with common construction project software Very good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
